The Villages at Southern Hills in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Housekeeping - Laundry Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and oversee laundry operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.

This role emphasizes supervisory duties, budget awareness, staff scheduling, and maintaining quality standards while delivering compassionate care in a long-term care setting. Reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping operations preferred.
• Experience with floor-care equipment preferred.
• Able to tactfully communicate with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
• Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage staff, provide training/education, and work collaboratively with a team.
• Manage and track a budget. Order supplies (paper products, chemicals, linen, etc) and maintain par levels.
• Attend necessary meetings and provide effective communication with other Dept Mgrs.
• Provide schedules to ensure adequate staffing. Review timecards, participate in hiring and retention of staff.
• Be proficient with applicable computer programs (email, supply ordering, etc).
