Job summary

Lexington Health Care Center in Lexington, NC is seeking housekeeping team members to help keep our 100 residents in a clean and safe environment. You will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms, baths, offices and dining areas, helping reduce infection risk and support a comfortable facility.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Prior health care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate, comprehend, understand, and write messages, and follow directions.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to effectively follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment, minimizing any infection risk.
• Promotes and enhances the safety of patients, families, and staff.
• Cleans and services patient rooms, baths, offices, dining rooms, and other ancillary areas.
