Responsibilities

• Adjust teamwork assignments as needed to meet priorities of the Care Community.
• Interview and hire housekeeping/laundry staff.
• Provide quality housekeeping and laundry services.
• Clean assigned areas of the building including trash, vacuuming, restrooms, dusting, etc.
• Inspect work daily to ensure quality and cleanliness for residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Train new staff on processes, chemical use, and safety procedures.
• Approve time in payroll system.
