Oakmont Gardens is seeking a detail-oriented Environmental Services Assistant (Housekeeping) to support housekeeping and laundry services, assist with resident transitions, and uphold high standards of cleanliness. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in English with residents and perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry schedules and coordinate updates with the Director.
• Communicate with residents regarding services, updates, and schedule changes.
• Manage scheduling for deep cleans, carpet and window cleaning.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and inspections.
• Process supply orders and code invoices for Environmental Services.
• Cross-train in basic housekeeping and laundry tasks to provide hands-on support.
• Provide general support to the Environmental Services team as assigned.
