Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation in Danville, PA is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to join our compassionate team. The role includes cleaning resident rooms and laundry duties to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Shift hours vary: 6AM-3PM and every other weekend per Supervisor. We offer daily pay, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, uniforms, and a referral bonus to support your growth and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Cleans resident rooms and shared areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks associated with housekeeping and laundry.

Responsibilities

• Performs resident room cleaning and discharge cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Replenishes soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other supplies as needed.
• Delivers clean linens/residents clothing to wings.
• Folds linen/residents clothing.

Housekeeping Aide/Laundry Aide Responsibilities:

• Performs resident room cleaning and discharge cleaning including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures. Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently
• Replenishes soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other supplies as needed
• Follows daily project assignments.
• Processing used linens/residents clothing.
• Delivering clean linens/residents clothing to wings
• Folding linen/residents clothing
