Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents in our Fort Wayne facility. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, manage laundry duties, and follow infection control procedures to ensure high standards of care.

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees.
• Perform daily cleaning and deep cleaning for move-ins/move-outs and infection control procedures.
• Ensure areas and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Handle laundry tasks including washing/drying, delivering and labeling resident laundry.
