Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant in Lima, OH to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff. The role includes routine cleaning and laundry tasks in alignment with Trilogy standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, infection control procedures, and proper storage of supplies. High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred; facility experience a plus.

• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees.
• Perform daily cleaning assignments, deep cleaning for move-ins/move-outs, and isolation cleaning per infection control procedures.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are stored properly and secured before breaks and end of shift.
