Job summary

Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will receive training, work with a supportive team, and contribute to high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort in a full-time role at our Williamsburg, VA location.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required—we provide training!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Compassionate and respectful attitude toward residents.

• Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces.
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal laundry.
