Cottonwood Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide in Durango, CO. This role helps maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff, with daily pay options and a supportive team.

Competenze

• Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial work is a plus (not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• A compassionate, resident-first mindset.
• Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Mansioni

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Collect, launder, and return linens and residents' laundry in a timely and organized manner.
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures.
• Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Work cooperatively with nursing and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle equipment and cleaning supplies safely and adequately.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping or Laundry Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:
