The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to work with our housekeeping team.
The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces, ensuring each team member adheres to standards. Responsibilities include handling guest complaints, notifying maintenance of repairs, approving rooms for occupancy, ensuring rooms are 100% ready before being entered into the system, and keeping storage and linen rooms clean, organized, and stocked with needed items.
The Housekeeping Inspector typically works a 5-day week, adjusted as needed based on occupancy and business needs, including peak times and emergencies. Expect a 45-hour workweek, which may vary. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. During peak seasons, working during holidays and taking PTO during slower seasons is common.
