Job description

Join our growing team! Oliver Companies, headquartered in Duluth, MN, is a leading property management company operating since 1978. With a focus on hotel development and management, our properties are located across the country and feature brands from Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Marriott.

Property Location: Springhill Suites Baton Rouge, LA, 7980 Howell Blvd.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all cleanliness and time requirements standards are met for cleaning guestrooms and other areas of the hotel, including the lobby, breakfast area, pool, fitness center, stairways, hallways, elevators, and patio.
  2. Record room inspection results.
  3. Develop and train team members of the housekeeping department.
  4. Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
  5. Report room status and maintenance problems promptly.
  6. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
