HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards in a hands-on hotel environment.

The role focuses on inspecting spaces, stocking and distributing supplies, coaching associates, and maintaining safety and sustainability practices while supporting the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet brand standards.
• Coach and support housekeeping staff to maintain HHM standards and values.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
• Issue linens, supplies, and equipment as needed to associates.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Assist with cleaning duties and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and wear PPE per safety rules.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by upholding cleanliness and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Growth Path

Your Focus

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.

• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.

• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, as well as HHM core values.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.

• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.

• Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.

• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.

• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.

• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.

• Practice safe work habits, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.

• Help ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
