Larkspur Landing Sunnyvale is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to uphold HHM and brand standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will support the housekeeping team, coach associates, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role involves inspecting areas, ensuring supplies are stocked, and maintaining quality and safety across the property. Hospitality experience and a willingness to supervise are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed per established standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and safety requirements in the workplace.

Your Focus

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, as well as HHM core values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Help ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Background/Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
