Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the room and public area cleaning program. You will supervise staff, ensure high cleanliness standards, and support guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, completing work orders, performing Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed, and training Room Attendants. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff in a hotel setting.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Room Attendants.

• Inspect rooms and public areas, reporting status and discrepancies.
• Complete work orders as needed.
• Perform Room Attendant/Houseperson duties when required.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into the property management system (as needed)
• Complete work orders, as needed
• Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed
• Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
