Job summary

Andaz Savannah is seeking a detail-oriented hotel operations assistant who will inspect rooms after the Housekeeper has finished cleaning, ensuring quality and cleanliness meet Hyatt standards. The candidate should bring prior Housekeeping experience and strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to the front desk team.

You will work closely with Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors and Front Desk to coordinate releasing rooms for arrivals, VIP guests, and owners.

Qualifications

• Prior Housekeeping experience required and ability to inspect quality up to Hyatt standards.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and meticulous in following Hyatt cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms after cleaning by the Housekeeper to ensure cleanliness meets Hyatt standards.
• Serve as liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for releasing rooms to arrivals and VIPs.

Summary

This position works closely with the Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Front Desk. They will be the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for the communication of releasing rooms to the front desk for arrival and preparation of resort guest, owners, and VIP's.
