HHM Hotels seeks a Housekeeping Inspector to inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and brand standards while coaching associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes ongoing inventory checks, safety, and adherence to sustainability initiatives. A background in housekeeping and some supervisory exposure is preferred, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for growth within HHM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, HHM core values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear appropriate PPE, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Help ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
