Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a detail-focused Housekeeping Inspector in Destin, FL to uphold exceptional cleanliness across guest units and public areas while delivering outstanding service.

You will inspect rooms and common spaces, report issues, and support inventory and asset security. A year of housekeeping experience helps, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public areas while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Inspect units assigned to ensure they meet the resort's quality standards.
• Inspect public areas as assigned and clean as needed.
• Report quality issues to management and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Perform written inspections on units as designated by management.
• Replace missing inventory items and report maintenance problems to management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies and secure assets and supplies.
• Work with employees to ensure productivity and execute reasonable management requests.
