Housekeeping Houseperson - President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

The President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to join our team! This 310-room property is conveniently located near the Bank of Springfield Center and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and Library. Other nearby attractions include Illinois State Museum, Knights Action Park, and Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, all while delivering exceptional guest service and supporting the hotel's profitability.

Shift: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $15 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and cleaning floors
• Greet guests warmly
• Report maintenance issues
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assist with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms
