Responsibilities

As a Houseperson, your duties include maintaining cleanliness in designated hotel areas, responding to guest requests, and supporting the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and profitability. Specific tasks include:

• Cleaning restrooms, public areas, offices, and conference rooms
• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, and other cleaning tasks
• Greeting guests warmly
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Stocking supplies
• Performing deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assisting with guest room cleaning and requests
