The new Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is more than just the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys; it’s a social hub for food, fun, and nightlife. Job Description

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in public and guest room areas, supporting Guest Room Attendants, and ensuring Omni standards and guest satisfaction are met.

Responsibilities

1. Retrieve soiled linen and garbage, dispose of through linen chute or dumpsters.
2. Maintain hallways, report maintenance issues, and perform special cleaning tasks like carpet cleaning or repainting.
3. Deliver guest amenities and fulfill special requests (e.g., beds, cribs, refrigerators, toiletries).
4. Complete assigned projects as directed by Housekeeping Managers/Supervisors.
5. Clean stairwells, elevators, hallways, and clear debris and trays.
6. Organize and restock housekeeping supplies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Previous housekeeping or relevant environmental services experience required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs alone and 100 lbs with assistance; push/pull up to 75 lbs.
