Job summary

Bighorn Law is seeking a dedicated houseperson to help keep our hotel’s public areas immaculate and welcoming for guests in Mesa, Arizona. You will support housekeeping by delivering items to rooms and assisting with special projects to maintain a high standard of service.

The role requires attention to detail and prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping. This is a hands-on position that contributes directly to guest satisfaction and a smooth hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services.
• At least 1 year as housekeeper/houseperson.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas clean (hallways, meeting rooms and lobbies).
• Deliver items to guest rooms as requested by guests (amenities, bedding, etc.).
• Assist housekeeping with special projects as directed.

Our hotel is extremely busy, and we need a detail-oriented individual who is willing to perform a wide range of tasks to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include keeping hotel public areas clean, such as hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies. You will also support housekeeping by delivering items requested by guests, such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding, to guest rooms, and completing any special projects assigned by housekeeping managers. You should have at least one year of experience as a housekeeper or houseperson.
