Position Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Hospitality Services Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in their assigned area and supporting departmental activities for effective operation.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform various environmental and cleaning duties to ensure departmental functionality.
• Recognize and escalate issues appropriately, document actions clearly, and maintain open communication via radio or phone.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls and work towards improving HCAHPS scores.
• Clean spills following HAZMAT guidelines, ensure equipment functionality, and report issues when necessary.
• Use proper communication etiquette in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to communicate and understand simple directions in English. Ability to read MSDS and chemical labels.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, with related field experience preferred.

Effective communication skills across all organizational levels are essential.
