Job summary

Camp For All is seeking a Housekeeping Technician to ensure our facilities are clean and sanitized for Partner groups. The role supports year-round operations with some evenings and weekends when campers are onsite.

The position reports to the Housekeeping Coordinator and Supervisor and is a full-time, non-exempt role. Benefits include robust health plans, PTO, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent; years of experience may substitute education.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a housekeeper in a professional setting.
• Specialized knowledge of Hazmat issues is expected or ability to learn.
• Intermediate computer literacy, including reading spreadsheets and basic inventory/accounting software.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and machines listed above.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with Housekeeping Supervisor and Coordinator to complete daily/weekly duties.
• Reports maintenance needs and recommendations to Supervisor/Coordinator.
• Maintains inventory and housekeeping equipment.
• Investigates new cleaning instruments and methods.
• Reads and interprets safety and operating instructions.
• Maintains a flexible schedule including extended hours when campers are onsite.
• Trains on operation of all housekeeping machinery.
