Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a dedicated hospital housekeeping professional to maintain a clean, safe environment across our facilities. You will perform patient room cleaning, disinfection, and waste removal to support patient care and safety.

The role operates on a night shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM), with training opportunities and a culture that values Wellbeing, Empathy, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Equity. High school diploma preferred; 0–1 year experience acceptable.

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred

Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.88 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
