Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare in Vineland, NJ is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Director to oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations across the facility. You will supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain superior cleanliness and compliance with infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Director or in a housekeeping supervisory role preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations throughout the facility.
• Supervise, train, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and staff assignments.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, sanitation standards, and facility policies.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to address housekeeping needs and maintain operational efficiency.
