Autumn Lake Healthcare at Vineland is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Director to lead the daily housekeeping and laundry operations within the facility. You will supervise, train, and manage staff, develop cleaning schedules, and ensure adherence to infection control and sanitation standards.

Collaboration with facility leadership is essential to maintain operational efficiency, safety, and a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Director or in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage staff, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
