La Vista Courtyard in La Vista, NE is seeking an experienced hotel manager to lead housekeeping operations. You will oversee budgeted labor, drive cost savings, and ensure spotless rooms and warm service that earn five‑star guest experiences.

You will train Associates, make staffing decisions with confidence, collaborate across departments, and uphold brand standards. This full‑time, on‑site role offers growth inside Atrium Hospitality, plus competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience.
• Housekeeping leadership background.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Strong tech skills with MS Office and hotel systems.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hotel management experience – You know how to run a department without breaking a sweat (or a vacuum).
• Housekeeping leadership background – Because making beds is one thing, managing a team that makes hundreds is another.
• High school diploma (or higher) – A solid academic base to support solid business decisions.
• Strong tech skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems helps keep the details crisp.
• Flexibility and stamina – You’re ready for whatever shift or task the day throws at you, and you can lift up to 50 lbs (towels are heavier than they look).
