What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Housekeeping Director, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping department to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. You will also oversee the housekeeping program to maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment within the community.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in housekeeping and laundry required
• Knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings (highly preferred)
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
