Job summary

Leal-Vineyards, Inc. is seeking a dependable Housekeeping/Custodial team member to maintain cleanliness across banquet areas, guest rooms, restrooms, kitchens, lobbies and public spaces in our Morgan Hill/Hollister venues.

You will follow safety guidelines, perform laundry duties, manage inventory, and greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor while traveling to different properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Ability to travel between portfolio locations occasionally.
• Must obtain California Food Handlers certificate.

Responsibilities

• Reviews daily inventory of supplies needed for the day.
• Deep cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining the appearance of all areas.
• Perform all laundry duties and manage replenishment of supplies.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and proper storage of items.

Strong attention to detail and time management are essential to this position. The Housekeeping/Custodial position will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping plays an important role in a positive and memorable home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests.Essential Job FunctionsReviews daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.Deep cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining the appearance of all assigned areas of the venue, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, guest rooms, kitchen areas, lobbies, and common areas.
