Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator at our Redondo Beach property. This role requires strong organization and the flexibility to work with hotel management to ensure overall hotel success.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction. You will track room attendant square footage, assist with scheduling and assignments, coordinate linen and room supplies, support payroll for extra

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain the square footage of all Room Attendants
• Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Coordinate rooms square footage given out to all Room Attendants
• Assist will payroll maintenance for additional rooms cleaned
• Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients
• Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest suites, equipment, linens, and public
• Partner with the Manager to inventory and maintain par levels for linen and room supplies
• Monitor commercial laundry supplies and equipment to ensure they are sufficient and in working order

What this role is all about

The Housekeeping Coordinator is an important role to the hotel success. This role that requires great organization skills and flexibility to work with hotel management for overall success. Will be required to work mornings, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Anticipated Pay Range & Additional Job Information

Pay Range $31.25-$31.25/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience.
