Responsible for the efficient and orderly cleaning and servicing of all guest rooms as assigned. Must be flexible to work a varied shift, including overnight, weekends, and holidays based on the business demands.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to:

• Clean assigned rooms daily.
• Service all stay-over rooms by changing sheets and pillow covers daily and replenishing towels and amenities as needed.
• Thoroughly clean all check-out (vacant, dirty) rooms by changing sheets, pillow covers, bath rugs, and towels and replenishing amenities as needed.
• Provide guests with extra towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, note pads, etc., when requested.
• Fold linen daily.
• Load cart per specifications.
• Transport caddie containing supplies, brushes, and rags daily.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations.
• Must be able to clean at least 14 rooms every day.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Be well organized and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large resort.
