Job summary

Patton Building Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time Housekeeping/Cleaner to join the Charleston team. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining clean, safe environments for our clients in Charleston, WV.

The position offers 20 hours per week with an 6:00 pm–10:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and an hourly rate of $12.00. A criminal background check and drug screen are required, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Maintain restrooms and common areas

We are seeking a part-time Housekeeping/Cleaner to join our Charleston team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Maintain restrooms and common areas
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures
• Prior janitorial experience preferred - but we will train the right person

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking
• Hourly Pay: $12.00

• Schedule : Monday- Friday, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
