Sizemore, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Tech in Carencro, LA. The role supports cleaning, material disposal, and basic equipment operation in a fast-paced setting. No formal degree required; candidates must be 18+ and reliable transportation is needed. We offer weekly pay and direct hire with benefits.

Overtime may be required, and the position includes a background check and drug test prior to employment. You will work 6am-5pm or 6pm-5am, Sunday through Wednesday.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and dispose of cardboard and packing materials from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean floors by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Label, dilute and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in safe, operable condition.
• Operate equipment as needed including balers and waste compactors.
• Report irregularities to prevent losses and enforce policies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across the business.
