MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our housekeeping team in a hospitality setting. Earn up to $18 per hour with paid training and immediate hire.

The Housekeeper will maintain high standards of cleanliness across resort properties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness is essential for assignments.
• Strong work ethic and dedicated attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Assist in maintaining storage closet cleanliness and organization.
• Attend all training sessions and apply training practically.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
