Job summary

TWA Hotel in Jamaica, New York is seeking a Housekeeper Extra to clean and prepare attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. The role requires a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by scheduling.
• Maintain company and brand standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms as assigned per shift.
• Complete any special requests made by guests or other departments on the behalf of guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to supervisor or manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
