Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable housekeeping associate to support guest comfort and cleanliness across rooms and corridors. You will restock supplies, replace linens and amenities, and ensure rooms are safe and vacancy-confirmed before entry.

You're expected to stand for long periods, lift up to forty pounds, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. A friendly, guest-focused approach is essential to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping / custodial work.
• Polite and friendly; strong guest service skills.
• Able to work various shifts, weekends, holidays and flexible hours.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Fills cart with supplies and transports cart to assigned area.
• Enters guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
• Replaces guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Replaces dirty linens and terry with clean items.
• Makes beds and folds terry; cleans bathrooms; removes trash and room service items.
• Checks appliances are present and working; straightens desk items, furniture and appliances.
• Dusts, polishes, and removes marks from walls and furnishings; vacuums carpets.
• Performs other related duties; promotes superior guest service.
