Job summary

Hyatt is seeking Housekeeping Attendants to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in line with Hyatt standards. You will clean and service rooms, change linens, restock supplies, and ensure bathroom sanitation while respecting guest privacy and hospitality service.

This role requires physical stamina to lift and move linens and clean daily across multiple areas, with a focus on detail, safety, and courteous guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture
• Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor
• Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
• Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
