Job summary

AgeWell Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Associate (Environmental Services) at Sonata Lake Mary in Lake Mary, FL. The role supports resident wellbeing by keeping the community clean and safe, including common areas and resident apartments as needed.

The position is full-time with hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability coverage, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment and basic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident apartments as assigned.
• Cleans all common areas including halls, stairs, lobbies and model units.
• Cleans vacant units as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness of public restrooms.
• Keeps housekeeping and laundry carts organized.
• Handles community laundry and uses appropriate products.
• Follows posted schedules and dress code.
• Adheres to safety procedures and chemical handling rules.
• Reports injuries to supervisor and communicates with team.
