Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Environmental Services staff member at Winchester Hospital. You will clean all hospital areas, follow a seven-step cleaning process, and support events in conference rooms while maintaining infection control and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the Service Response Center, restocking supplies, and performing duties across shifts. Must be 18+ with strong English communication and customer service experience.

Education:
Preferred: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Experience:
Required: Experience in a position that demonstrated strong customer service skills
Preferred: Experience operating cleaning equipment.

Required: For safety and quality reasons, must be able to effectively communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors, and fellow members of the hospital team.

Pay Range:
$17.85 - $24.02
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
