Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Danville is seeking housekeeping team members to help make a difference in someone’s life. Our team supports the care of 180 rehabilitation and long-term residents, and we believe appearance reflects the quality of care we provide.

Primary duties include maintaining a clean, sanitary environment, cleaning patient rooms, baths, dining rooms, offices and other areas while promoting safety for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Prior health care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate, comprehend, understand, and write messages, and follow directions.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment, minimizing any infection risk.
• Promotes and enhances the safety of patients, families, and staff.
• Cleans and services patient rooms, baths, offices, dining rooms, and other ancillary areas.
