Job summary

Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, VA is seeking housekeeping team members to help maintain a clean, safe environment for 120 residents. This role supports our care standards by keeping patient rooms, corridors, and common areas pristine.

We value warm, reliable individuals with prior housekeeping or health care experience who can follow directions, communicate effectively, and work well with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Prior health care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate, comprehend, understand, and write messages, and follow directions.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to effectively follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment, minimizing any infection risk.
• Promotes and enhances the safety of patients, families, and staff.
• Cleans and services patient rooms, baths, offices, dining rooms, and other ancillary areas.

We ensure every detail from our shiny floors to the cleanliness of our patient rooms.
