Job summary

Manresa Jesuit Retreat House in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan is seeking a dependable, friendly housekeeping associate to join our team. You will prepare clean, welcoming guest rooms and tend common areas to ensure guests have a peaceful stay.

We offer a beautiful, serene environment where hospitality is part of our mission. Pay is $17.50 per hour for 30+ hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule, and prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clean, comfortable guest rooms for retreatants.
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Restock towels, linens, and guest supplies.
• Ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for guests.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and Manresa teams for retreats and events.

What You'll Do

• Prepare clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms for our retreatants.
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces.

• Help ensure every guest arrives to a room that is clean, comfortable, and ready for their stay.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work together with our Housekeeping and Manresa teams to prepare for retreats and special events.
