Job Details

• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• Location: Feinberg/Galter, FL 03 (Hospital-wide)
• Union Hourly Rate: $20.35 (+ $0.97 Shift Differential)
• This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime, including occasional weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Conference Center to high standards to ensure a first-class experience for all users.
• Report to Conference Center areas, with periodic dispatch to other areas as needed, depending on events.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of events across the hospital campus.
• Monitor and clean assigned conference rooms and hospital areas, including specific rooms listed.
• Set up and break down rooms per standards, level tables, wipe surfaces, and handle trash.
• Care for furniture and equipment, including handling with care and reporting damages.
• Lift heavy items up to 50 pounds as required.
• Operate room dividers properly, ensuring soundproofing and safety.
• Support operational maintenance of various areas, including floors, counters, restrooms, and water coolers.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain positive attitude, assist with logistics, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to dress code and conduct professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

• Required: 1-2 years of experience.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
