About us: Summit Place West is an assisted living facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. We seek Housekeeping Assistants to join our team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care.

About the Role: Summit Place West is seeking Housekeeping Assistants to:

• Clean, wash, polish, sanitize, deodorize, and disinfect all areas and items using proper solutions and procedures.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner, with appropriate safety signage.
• Ensure work areas are free of hazards and that equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies are properly stored and secured.
• Follow work and cleaning schedules.
• Properly clean and store equipment, work, and supply carts.

About you: The ideal candidate will have:

• Elementary education or the ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, walk, grasp, coordinate fine movements, and respond to sensory cues.
