Avery Healthcare is seeking a friendly and dedicated Housekeeping Assistant for Southampton Manor Care Home in Southampton, Hampshire. You will work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and laundry standards, following SOPs to uphold hotel service levels for residents.

The role requires caring, respectful and adaptable individuals who can cover various housekeeping tasks and ensure residents’ dignity and privacy. DBS disclosure is required, and eligibility to work in the UK must be proven.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Compassionate and committed to the delivery of high-quality housekeeping/laundry service to residents.
• Ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understand cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials.
• Ensure that all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
• Residents are treated with dignity and respect and their personal space and belongings are respected.

ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h3>
