The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking casual Laundry and Housekeeping Assistantsto join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy contributing to the well-being of others in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality laundry and cleaning services across the facility.

Perform general cleaning of residential rooms and common areas.

Operate laundry equipment and manage linen services.

Adhere to infection control, WHS, and cleaning protocols.

Use chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately.

Work both independently and as part of a team to meet facility standards.

Communicate respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors.

About You:
We are looking for team members who have:

Previous cleaning or laundry experience (aged care or hospital setting highly regarded).

Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work under limited supervision and follow established routines.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Good physical fitness to undertake manual work.

Understanding of infection control and workplace safety practices.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

ANational History Criminal Record Check (NHCRC).

Full working rights.

Must be willing to have annual influenza vaccination.
