The Housekeeping and Laundry Aide I will perform laundry and housekeeping functions.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, surface sanitizing, trash removal, and disinfecting areas.
2. Launder and fold textiles, maintain cleaning logs, and assist with inventory management of linens.
3. Report supply shortages, seek cost savings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge And Skills

• Proficiency in housekeeping operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Flexibility to work additional hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to produce immunization records or submit to immunizations.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, navigate confined spaces, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, with at least 5 years residing in the U.S.
• Ability to travel within the Continental U.S.
• Pass drug, motor vehicle, and background checks.
