Aria Healthcare in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Housekeeping and Laundry Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff, reflecting our commitment to dignity and respect. You will help ensure hygiene and sanitation in daily routines.

This full-time role is 7am–3pm with every other weekend required. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, laundry, restrooms, and assisting with daily care while following facility policies and teamwork with other staff.

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors; vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment.
• Sort, wash, and fold laundry.
• Operate washer & dryer.
• Attend facility trainings.
• Maintain safe working environment and assist with residents and staff.

Housekeeping and Laundry Aide Position

Pay Range: $12-$14 hourly

Position Status: Full Time

Hours Available: 7am-3pm (Every other weekend required)

Job location: 1451 Cleveland Ave Waukesha WI

• Able to sweep, mop, and polish floors; vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; pick up outside refuse.
• Dress in appropriate uniform and be at appointed workstation promptly when the shift starts and work consistently until the shift ends.
• Operate a washer & dryer
• Sort, wash, and fold laundry
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Demonstrate ability to clean and sanitize areas of responsibility consistent with facility policy and procedure.
• Attend all facility and department in-service training.
• Work in cooperation with all other employees of the facility to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for both residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe working environment and always adhere to facility safety program.
• Fulfill all other assigned duties by department head or facility Administrator
