Serene Health Services is seeking multiple Housekeepers, Laundry Attendants, and Floor Techs in the Midland area for per diem, 1st shift with rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include maintaining clean, sanitary environments in healthcare settings and supporting residents.

• Assist with laundry and floor care as needed and assigned by supervisor.

We are looking for a number of Housekeepers/Laundry Attendants/Floor Techs in your area. Great working environment and a pleasant staff. We have other facilities in the area so please submit resume for consideration.

General Description:

Per Diem, 1st Shift position with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, attractive manner in accordance with established procedures, as directed by supervisor, to assure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation.

Requirements:

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to understand English.
• Must be knowledgeable of housekeeping practices, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to health care facilities.
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing housekeeping practices.
• Must have economical use of supplies, care and use of equipment.
• Must be able to keep up with work demand and schedule.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
• Perform additional duties as needed and assigned by supervisor.
