NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Ambassador in Lowell, MA to maintain clean, safe spaces for clients and guests. This role supports daily operations across client sites and may involve varying shifts, including full-time or part-time hours.

• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment and areas to standards.
• Transport trash to designated areas and manage disposal.
• Report maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Pay Frequency: Weekly – Direct Deposit

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Ambassador cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions and Key Tasks:

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and XEN DELLA regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others
• Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to XEN DELLA and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company/client assets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Dependable and excellent customer service skills
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemical
• Previous experience is helpful but not required
